LifeXchange is going online! We will be global!
With a team of experts involved, including consultants with Masters’ Degrees in Online Curriculum Design, LifeXchange is confident that this 12-month course will be the best mentor training out there!
But, why online? Well, obviously it allows that super enthusiastic volunteer who is sold on mentoring and lives deep in the Karoo to be able to go through our training without the ridiculous costs it would normally have involved to travel to do in-person training. But, another even more awesome factor is that finally we will be able to offer theory and practical mentoring training on concepts of change side-by-side! This will enable learners to engage personally in the topics, take these into their mentoring and come back to the online classroom for feedback and reflection in order to grow into great mentors!!
